Orange Canvas is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Our offering is as unique as our clients’ business needs. We focus on niche market sectors, and we assist in their growth by:
- Developing strategies to help increase and maintain their sales teams and member bases
- Working with our inhouse creative, web and production teams to develop sales tools from the print, apparel and merchandise product categories
- Offering coordinated operational, digital and e-commerce solutions to business problems
The Role:
This is a new role in an expanding business. You are an individual who enjoys mastering client relationships, and most importantly, who thinks outside of ordinary. You will be working in partnership with a Senior Account Manager and General Manager to represent Orange Canvas to a base of clients, across multiple projects and or events.
Your Day:
- Client management, including meeting with clients regularly by phone and face-to-face communication
- Client portfolio and revenue growth, by understanding your clients’ needs and evaluating opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to collaborate on customer solutions
- Liaising with our production team to provide project delivery
- Input and direction to help shape the overall product, sales tools and materials
- Travelling to national client events approx. 15 days per year including participation in events on behalf of clients.
What are we looking for?
- You are sales orientated, customer focused, with a flair for promotional marketing
- Experience in client management, with a high benchmark of service, and proven ability of negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven project management skills: scoping, estimating, budgeting, planning and execution
- Immersed in your clients’ business, you are used to predicting challenges and coming up with a Plan B if needed
- Fantastic at representing your clients when you are back on home base, like you are their own personal brand manager
- Great at identifying levers in any situation, knowing which to pull to keep your clients happy and satisfied
