Join a dynamic agency team in a fast paced environment that provides an opportunity to leverage your career in media or your experience as a seasoned Account Manager in the role as an Agency Campaign Manager. Flexible option for location to either work in Collins Street or Dandenong South location.
Responsible for managing day to day client service expectations, operational and administrative support to major customers and/or new business clients, establishing and maintaining relationships in consultation with the relevant Account Director/Manager and New Business/Agency Development Manager to ensure agreed service levels are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of the process - campaign management
- Oversee client job requirements to ensure they are fully understood and services captured as appropriate
- Delegate workflow to Campaign Coordinators to complete tasks associated with retaining the client accounts
- Maintain Service Level Agreements , including KPIs, reports and presentation preparation for quarterly business review (or equivalent)
- Attend other client appointments to where required
- Proactively support Sales and Client Engagement team to meet expected sales budgets
Key Criteria
- 2 years plus experience in a customer service / sales position or related industry (desirable)
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or business discipline (desirable)
