About the Position

Building brand recognition for our product is the key to our company’s success. As a member of our Sales team, you will be on the frontline of generating excitement and demand for our unique software solutions while leading and partnering with other sales team members to this end. By identifying customer and prospect product requirements, qualifying sales opportunities, and building a pipeline of leads, you will engage in prospect discussions and demonstrations, directly contributing to the company’s profitability and validating its place as a leader in the industry.

  • Be a role model salesperson and lead by example
  • Steadily increase personal annual sales contribution each year
  • Develop and pursue new sales leads in the front-end sales process
  • Work closely with executive team members to move sales processes into signed deals
  • Work with executive management to build and lead a world class sales team
  • Act as the lead internal expert to support sales training for new hires
  • Generate outstanding individual performance while fostering a team oriented environment within the sales group, between the sales group, and with other arms of APT
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence and career development in a sales role
  • 7+ years of sales experience preferably in technology or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience selling solutions to c-level clients preferably in one of the following industries: retail, CPG, restaurant or travel/hospitality
  • A proven aptitude for learning technical terms and developing an understanding of complex technical products
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
  • Professional with good organization and planning skills
  • Good communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
  • Proven self-starter with record of success in team oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
