We have an exciting Parental Leave Replacement opportunity for a Key Account Manager in our Victorian Route Sales team.

You will proactively manage major accounts and events within the Victorian market.

This excellent role provides the successful applicant with the opportunity to drive sales by developing and executing account-specific growth plans. Your responsibilities include some of our largest accounts, inclusive of stadiums, retail groups, and exclusive accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities, developing and implementing account growth strategies.
  • Reviewing and measuring quarterly action plans and customer contact plans.
  • Implementing and adhering to sales trading terms including TTS
  • Maintaining appropriate sales data.
  • Planning for and executing major events and activities.
  • Responsible for setting direction and establishing commercial relationships.

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years account management or 2  years field sales experience with a branded consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and commercial acumen skills.
  • Ability to identify, pitch and secure new business and large volume accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate key decisions.
  • Track record of building profitable relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate and live our values.

A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is highly preferred but not mandatory.
