At ORIX we are continuing to grow our Fleet Management and Leasing business and as a result we are in search of a self-motivated Relationship Manager to join the Fleet Solutions team based at our head office in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the State Business Manager you will be responsible for managing all facets of client relationships, developing strong rapport between ORIX and its clients.
Other key components of the role include:
- Managing and directing the activities of the team to ensure optimum performance whilst achieving the highest levels of customer service
- Meeting face to face with customers to ensure the management of margin and customer growth, promotion of products and ongoing review of accounts
- Producing, researching and compiling fleet reviews for presentation to major/ key clients
- Sustaining the necessary level of retention and incremental business activity to achieve budgets
- Assisting when required with the collection of outstanding debt
- Motivating, coaching and developing each member of the team to achieve key objectives
- Reporting on a monthly basis all sales and meeting activities
- Assisting the State Business Manager as required with various tasks and project activities
About You
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Advanced presentation and persuasion skills
- Management and leadership skills, demonstrated with experience
- Financial and Fleet management experience highly desirable
- Strong planning and organisational skills – ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines; prioritise and organise workloads
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (word, Excel and PowerPoint)
