Who we are:
Entanglements is a leader in its field for over 20 years winning multiple awards at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show and other awards for best design, decoration and innovation. We design and produce our own metalwork right here in Melbourne for clients Australia wide and internationally. Our clients include Architects, Landscapers, trades people,builders and home and garden renovators.
About the role:
We are looking for a new addition to the Entanglements sales and design team at our Metal Art Studio in Ormond. Your role with Entanglements Metal Art Studio is to be at the forefront of our business.
You will work in our sales team and consult at a more technical level. In order for you to be successful in this position you are required to have the ability to visualise a client's ideas and requirements and oversee it right through to delivery.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Dealing directly with customers via phone, email and in the showroom
- Quoting on standard and custom orders
- 2d CAD designing to spec for production
- Creating purchase orders
- Liaising with our production and dispatch teams
Salary: The successful candidates will receive a salary package based on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will have:
- High levels of communication, organisation, multi tasking, design and computer skills
- Great people skills, self-motivation and a creative eye
- Experience in landscape design or working with architects
- Prior knowledge of renovating or building is a plus
- Experience in industries such as sales in renovating supplies, landscaping, kitchen design or interior design are definitely advantageous
- Cad design, graphic design or a production environment skills also beneficial
