About the role

We are looking to recruit a passionate and vibrant outbound sales professional to join the team based in our Perth office to sell Media and Advertising Solutions. It is an exciting job that involves contact with business leaders across all industries, but make no mistake, it requires a special person who enjoys the challenges of hard work and great rewards. The role requires the ability to work in a supportive but performance based environment, to negotiate contracts, to work quickly and to manage issues as they arise.

Your days will be focused on prospecting, building and maintaining your leads database in a CRM; uncovering the needs and goals of your clients to find some appropriate solutions; guiding and assisting your clients in terms of content; reporting on activity and performance against targets; and building your sales skills through coaching and training.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant, must above all, be able to demonstrate that they can prospect, maintain and negotiate successful business outcomes for the company autonomously.

If you are a positive team player, you are goal focused, have proven experience in sales performance, can deal with customers at all levels, are self-motivated, tenacious, hard-working, quick thinking and enjoy learning then this may very well be the job for you.
