Junior Business Development Manager to join expanding facility services provider in North-West Sydney, as part of their strategy team in developing new business through sales calls, organising business development meetings and attending industry specific events.
This role will see you work alongside the General Manager of strategic development in seeking out new clients, business opportunities and establishing and strengthening professional relationships through face to face meetings, cold calling, industry events and online media.
This role will suit a well-presented, professional and sales driven individual who is seeking an opportunity to work for a well-known services provider in the industry. You will be the face of growing the business through creating new opportunities and developing client relationships.
The role:
- Building relationships with new prospects and clients
- Sourcing business opportunities, qualifying leads and booking in business meetings with new clients
- Educate, consult and sell the services your new company can provide creating opportunities for meetings and new business
- Meet KPIs and targets set in place by yourself and your direct report General Manager
You will possess:
- Strong presentation and communication skills with outstanding professional acumen
- Previous experience in a sales-based role - essential (industry does not matter)
- Self-driven and motivated to hit targets and drive new business
- Dynamic, personable individual who can engage new client
- Strong phone manner
