The purpose of this part time role is to build strong client relationships by liaising with the Corporate Solutions and Research & Analytics teams to discover client needs, writing compelling proposals, and executing client solutions.
Specifically, you will:
Work with the Research & Analytics team on the National Salary Survey (NSS):
- Assist with the production, development and maintenance of this 50+ year old resource
- Provide excellent customer service to NSS clients (current and potential)
- Help new clients to unlock the potential of the NSS
Provide support for the Corporate Solutions team by:
- Work closely with the Corporate Solutions team to discover client needs
- Write proposals and prepare presentations to explain how IML can help them excel
- Directly liaise with clients and facilitators to execute solutions
- Manage survey based psychometric tools – a crucial part to IML’s solutions.
About you-
Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in business, management or leadership related (desired but not required)
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role is essential
- Sales support exposure (writing proposals, preparing presentations, etc.)

Hours
The ideal candidate would work approximately 30 hours per week. Days and hours will be discussed at interview, however IML is open to all flexible working arrangements.
