The Role
This role will suit a genuine hunter - the role sits within the Loyalty segment of this business, with a core focus on B2B sales. You will proactively seek out and nurture partnerships with businesses seeking to develop loyalty programs to better engage with their customer base. This is ultimately a solutions sales approach, and you will be selling both "off the shelf' and customised loyalty platform solutions to customers.
The Duties
- Generating and approaching leads and converting leads to new business opportunities
- Developing and nurturing key relationships and networks to support ongoing lead generation
- Delivering sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients
- Manage bids and tender processes
- Consistently achieving sales targets
In order to excel in this role, you will have a genuine hunger for sales. You will be outcomes-focused, target-driven and relationship-oriented in your approach. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience within the Loyalty or Customer Engagement space, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
- A strong track record in sales, particularly within product and solution sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to generate leads and new business opportunities
- A track record of success in performing against sales targets
- A creative approach to problem solving and a "can do" attitude
