Used Car Sales Consultant

Grand Toyota Clarkson is currently seeking Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and high performing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding customers through AHG’s buying process providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs. Working in a small, fun and supportive team there is the potential to make the role your own, using your drive and sales expertise to achieve targets.    
 
In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets you will need to;
 

• Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
• Build relationships with customers and potential customers
• Understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
• Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.
• Coordinate all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell.

 
Key Qualifications and Essential Criteria:
 

• Previous Vehicle Sales experience
• Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
• Must be motivated and driven
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
• Ability to perform in high pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and Relationship building skills
