The Opportunity

Working in a small, fun internal sales team, you will have your own established pharmacy customer base to call on. Yes, that’s right - no cold calling! You will be paid well on a competitive base salary and also have a sales incentive program to participate in to exceed your base earnings.

In this role, you will enjoy a busy day of:

  • contacting pharmacy customers to achieve sales targets via outbound phone activity
  • building successful relationships with both existing and new pharmacies
  • assisting in the processing of inbound phone and fax orders
  • Perform outbound calls and telephone selling to assigned territories and to target graded customers by detailing product deals, new product launches and portfolio gaps. 
  • Responsible for developing understanding of customer needs and to tailor sales calls to meet identified needs.
  • Maintain the CRM system for the purpose of keeping up-to-date customer contact details and call history are current and accurate.
  • Provide a level of customer support which will help promote further sales and marketing activity.
  • Build and maintain great client relationships whilst delivering excellent customer service.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.

About You

If you want to continue your career in sales, and would like to be considered for this position, you must have:

  • 1+ years sales/telesales experience with a and proven track record working with achieving sales targets/call objectives (essential)
  • Self-motivated, conscientious and an ability to have fun with the team
  • Pharmacy or grocery sales background experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
