Currently, our Sydney office is looking for recruitment and sales professionals with relevant experience to join our team.

Description
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for:
- Full 360-degree recruitment; you manage your own portfolio of clients AND candidates
- Conducting in person meetings/presentations with key clients and candidates
- Negotiating contractual terms
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond; including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
- Identify, develop and manage client business relationships
- Qualify candidates through review of resume and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Profile
The right Recruitment Consultant has:
- A background in recruitment is preferred but is by no means necessary
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced sales environment
- A self-starter with the desire to build a career and earn money quickly
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
