Job Description

Are you a self-driven, ambitious individual who is passionate about results and improving performance? Do you have experience as a National Account Manager in the Retail space managing Coles? If so, then we want to hear from you!

Our Coles Sales team is accountable for managing and growing our Coles business and this team has a unique opportunity for a talented National Account Manager to join them. 

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Customer Manager you will be accountable for sales, customer insights, managing and monitoring plans for relevant categories, trade investment and profit targets.
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.
  • Maximising the relationship between Coles and Kraft Heinz to mutual benefit and improving company performance

What you need:

  • Previous account management experience
  • Strong sales track record, preferably across multiple categories
  • Analytical skills and awareness of the financial requirements throughout the P&L
  • Background building strong relationships that have been maintained and maximised

The successful candidate will be able to deliver recommendations creatively and takes a business partner approach with the customer. Commercially minded, you will be able to identify opportunities and negotiate outcomes that improve business performance and enhance our positioning within specific categories. You will be adept at managing a broad range of internal stakeholders, and have an inherent drive to succeed. Most of all, you will be a self-starter looking to join a global company that can offer proactive professional development and an impressive career pathway
