We are seeking multiple autonomous, motivated, critically minded & mature individuals to join our team to assist with the production of high quality labour market research. The purpose of this role is to assist our senior allied health consultants in the production of Vocational and Earning Capacity Assessments.

We have part time or casual roles available.

The role will include:

• Researching current labour market & pay trends.
• Cold-canvassing employers to gain information on current conditions for employees.
• Reviewing vocational & functional information regarding injured individuals to assess their employment needs.
• Working closely with our allied health consultants.
• Report writing - professional English language writing skills required.

Are you comfortable speaking with people on the phone? Do you have a good phone manner and can you translate your research into a report? If so we are interested in speaking with you.

Ideal attributes will include:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Demonstrated ability to cold canvass employers to gather information;
• Currently studying for a qualification in allied health or HR would be advantageous but not essential;
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
• Mature-minded and ability to work independently;
• Team attitude & positive approach;
• An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself.
