Our medium but fast growing Social Media Strategy and Marketing agency is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter who wants to gain a foothold and learn in the digital marketing and social media space or as a marketing/sales executive.

Based in our Sydney office in St. Leonards, you will be working very closely with and reporting to the Growth Director.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast moving, entrepreneurial team that has begun working with exciting companies around the world. You will be responsible for setting up and attending prospect meetings, building our partnership network and creating new clients for Attention Experts aligned with the company's marketing vision.
This company is growing fast, and with that comes plenty of career and expansion opportunities in future – such as potentially helping set up new offices, manage teams and build new business divisions.
A basic understanding of Social Media is desirable. However what's most important is your ability to network, build relationships, communicate well and not be scared of making a cold introduction.
Preferably you will have worked in a business or creative environment previously, however no experience is necessary for a person who is the right fit for the role as all training is provided for.
You will be given a laptop and a phone to complete your work. Also a decent bonus scheme is offered if you achieve and meet targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Building and establishing partnerhsips.
• Setting up and attending meetings with the Growth Director.
• Seeking out prospects who need us and building your pipeline.
• Following up warm leads as well as cold contacting and creating new leads.
• Setting up of events and workshops, to encourage new contacts for Attention Experts.
