The Opportunity
  
This high end Residential builder within the Perth Market is currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to work across homes from $2 - $10m as well as luxury apartments.  My client has set the industry standard over the last two decades and their commitment to delivering a platinum finish, their superior quality and speed of delivery has driven their unique business to success very early on in the piece.
  
My client offer incredibly high levels of customer service in areas such as design, cost forecasting, construction, & interior design. The company has a well-established reputation in the high end residential building market and has committed to a heavily targeted advertising and marketing budget as well as display homes program which will ensure you will continue to have consistent flow of strong job leads to work on in conjunction with the Architect. 
  
The Job
  
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years in residential Sales in the high end residential market, multi million dollar + homes is a must
  • You will be working closely with the director who will provide one-on-one support and will develop you within the role and organisation
  • This is an incredibly rare opportunity and therefore strong industry background is a must and the ideal candidate must display strong tenure in previous positions
