An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, motivated and customer focused Business Development Manager to join the Goals A+N Team in our Sydney Office.

Goals A+N is one of Australia's leading business relocation companies, with an impressive track record of relocating and consulting to some of the biggest companies nationally. We are seeking a driven leader who will continue to grow relationships and build business in our Sydney office.

Relationship building is key to this role and the successful applicant will have proven success in new business generation and a driven and self-motivated approach to sales.

Reporting to the Director, responsibilities of the role include:

• Prospecting and developing new business relationships
• The preparation and submission of proposals 
• Conducting presentations
• Maintaining and servicing existing relationships within an existing client base
• Detailed account management and review to ensure budgets are met
• Compilation of reports

The essential criteria for success in this role include:

• Excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude and a drive for achieving results
• The ability to conduct high level presentations
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally from a commercial relocation industry
• Great organisation and people skills
• A high level of competency in negotiations 
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Valid drivers license
