SALES CO-ORDINATOR AT MEDIUM RARE CONTENT AGENCY
Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is seeking a full-time Sales Co-ordinator. The position is based at MRCA's head office in Pyrmont, Sydney.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, go-getter who is a multi-tasking genius.
- The primary responsibility is to support a driven sales team who work in the media and agricultural sector.
- The role will involve processing bookings, supporting the sales team and customers, and you will need a can-do attitude.
- There is an element of sales in the role and you will be fully trained to develop your sales skills.

Key requirements and core responsibilities
- Process bookings, material and expenses into a variety of systems
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients in the sector
- Basic media account management experience
- Experience responding to client and agency requests in a timely manner
- 12 months experience in a media environment
- The ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and work to set deadlines

- Will be proactive in identifying tasks that need completing
- Provide a positive experience in client service
- Can multi-task confidently and productively
- Work to tight deadlines and never miss them
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are extremely organized
- Are enthusiastic and are a self-motivated team player
