In Australia, we are a leading manufacturer of water tanks and due to our continuing success and growth of our rural and commercial range of products, we are recruiting for full time Sales Account Manager to join our team.
About the role
You’ll be joining a friendly, professional and highly driven national sales team who are passionate about our customer relationships and further developing our market growth in the water management solution segment. We have a new opportunity based in our Smithfield site for an experienced sales person to focus on our national Rural and Commercial customers. Reporting to the Rural and Commercial Director who is based in WA, your new job will involve:
- Managing existing customer relationships within the Building industry in NSW, QLD and VIC
- Identifying potential sales opportunities with new customers and closing sales negotiations
- Recommending new products and services to existing customers
- Coordinating and attending promotional events and field days
- Providing expert solutions to complex customer enquiries
- Forecasting, planning and reporting
Ideally, you’ll also have..
- 3 + years’ experience in Account or Sales Management ideally gained in selling manufactured building products
- Previous experience in sales planning, territory management and prospecting
- Drive and ambition to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Great time management skills and the ability to self-manage your work load
- Highly effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Current Driver’s Licence

Based in our Head Office in Smithfield, this role has a rural focus and the successful candidate will be travelling extensively within rural New South Wales.
