Career opportunities now exist for Customer Experience and Sales Agents representing our client Telstra, at our contact centre in Burwood.Duties & Responsibilities:.
- Offer Personalised solutions across the entire range of Telstra products.
- Engage customers and offer value based solutions.
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Outstanding communication skills (listening, verbal and writing).
- Competent computer skills.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.
- Previous experience isn't mandatory as full product training is provided.
