Excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales & a desire to work within the electrical manufacturing industry. We are a growing business with a small dedicated friendly team who provide high quality products. Initially you will be working internally to build your sales skills and knowledge of the business with a view to move into on road sales in the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Provision of customer service, including actioning customer requests and inquiries

• Promotion and sale of DPG-Formfittings products

• Providing relevant technical information to clients (under supervision initially)

• Learning to raise quotation documentation in a prompt, legible and accurate manner

• Ability to work with your factory team when needed

• Assistance with additional tasks and management requests as required 

Essential Criteria:

 The ideal candidate will be a dedicated & reliable worker with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and the desire to become a valued team member.

You will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation skills, a professional manner and exceptional customer service skills (highly regarded)

• Ability to build sufficient product knowledge quickly

• Great rapport and relationship building abilities

• The capability to work both autonomously and within a team

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to be hands on all rounder
