We are seeking a forward thinking, innovative and experienced Sales Manager help drive this exciting property.  This is an exciting and challenging role that would suit someone with experience in brand marketing and social media engagement. 

The role will report to the General Manager and work in consultation with key stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple market segments. 

The successful candidate will clearly be able to:

  • Define and understand the Tribe brand and specified brand standards.
  • Uphold the Tribe brand and culture to deliver the Tribe brand promise.
  • Understand and contribute to rate negotiation and contracts.
  • Drive the Tribe brand in market through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Seeks to ensure Tribe Brand Tone of voice is relayed effectively and efficiently through Mantra departments and channels.   
  • Display senior sales experience and understanding gained within the accommodation sector.
  • An energetic, hand's on approach with solid communication skills.
  •  Proactively seek new business opportunities to increase property client base in line with revenue drivers.
  • Develop and maintain a record of hotel accounts/activities and ensure a systematic sales cycle is enacted to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide sales analysis and reports weekly/monthly within nominated timeframe.
  • Conduct famil’s, site inspections and sales activities as required across all market segments.
