About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Used Car Sales Manager.

Based in Oakleigh, your leadership is crucial to continuously improve the great capabilities of our fantastic team, provide incredible customer service and achieve profit and efficiency within the Used Car Sales Department.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Lead, coach, mentor, train and develop the Sales team members
• Achieve the highest possible level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction index are met/exceeded
• Create monthly sales budgets in conjunction with the Dealer Principal to maximise department potential
• Implement strategies to meet/exceed sales targets
• Ensure department compliance (i.e. system usage, paperwork/documentation, etc.)
  

Who are we looking for?

Essential

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role or within the Sales Department of a Dealership
• Availability to work a 5-day roster Monday to Saturday
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
• Excellent leadership, financial, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire
• Results oriented – committed to achieve targets - 70 - 80 used cars per month
  

Desirable

• Experience with the following systems: Pentana, Eranet, Dealer Socket
