The role

As an Internal Sales Team Member, you will be involved in the activities undertaken by the Internal Sales and Research Team (appointment setting, etc.) in addition to taking a lead role in providing a programmatic approach to account management for our Education customers whilst working to secure new customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service are delivered to all customers

  • Informing customers of new features and offers via Value Calls

  • Booking of Digital Risk Assessment and Training appointments

  • Research schools to contact via LinkedIn social mapping

  • Research potential new partners

  • Setting up meetings with partners, customers and prospects 

  • Appointment setting 

  • Planning and filling multi-day trips

  • Following up on trips and diarising future visits 

  • Assisting in maintaining the territory plan and incorporating service tracker mapping using Google My Maps and Trello

  • Understand what marketing events, initiatives and activities are in the pipeline to help support success

  • Driving marketing initiatives into territories and inviting customers and prospects to events and user groups

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with CyberHound clients on an ongoing basis - value calls

  • Initial support assistance via proactive calls and escalating to Support Help Desk as required

  • Profiling schools in territory for future opportunities – e.g. microwave service coverage, internet links and WiFi

  • Attendance at key events as required

  • Willingness to learn and understand new technical capabilities

  • Understanding of the systems and tools used – SalesForce, MS Office, Trello, LinkedIn, Service Tracker Mapping

  • National police clearance
