Account Manager| Major B2B Commerce Solutions
My Client
MY client is a leader in providing Shipping, E-Commerce and marketing services to businesses throughout Australia. They are held in high esteem as an employer of choice and have a brand new offices based in Redfern.
The Role
- looking after existing accounts and looking to secure as much revenue as possible out of these accounts.
- single point of accountability for a portfolio of small to medium business customers.
- end-to-end ownership of its customer accounts including relationships (customer satisfaction/NPS) and financials (revenue and sales).
- You will drive telephone-based sales (80%) and face-to-face field sales (20%) activity within its portfolio, and is accountable for building relationships with customers, retaining existing revenue (by closing contract renewals) and driving sustainable growth (by extending revenue on current services and identifying opportunities for cross-sell into multi-product client solutions).
What are they looking for?
- prior B2B corporate sales experience
- You will have a consultative sales approach to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities over the phone or other relevant non face to face channels.
- Commercially astute, you’ll love engaging over the phone with your customers and sharing your industry insights and product knowledge.
- You’ll have a naturally warm and persuasive communication style.
