You will be given extensive training and mentorship to help you achieve your goals and earn great money with an un-capped commission structure. Money is great but the culture and team environment is second to none, with a fun, positive and experienced leadership team.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business, closing, upselling & cross-selling to a large and national database of clients.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Outbound calls to both new and existing customers to prompt and sell company products
- Rapport building with both new and existing customers to build relationships that assist in new business
- Working within a close-knit team environment and assisting others
- Ability to identify clients and up-selling a wide range of services
- Achieving or exceeding realistic KPI's and Targets
- Making a positive customer service experience for all clients and new customers
As the right candidate, you will be:
- Sales driven
- Excited to work on a rotating roster that is often fixed for months at a time
- A team player that is supportive and positive
- Previous experience within customer service, retail or sales
- Clear and concise communication
