Account Manager
We are a boutique production agency looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage a folio of existing clients at our Sydney office. With a global client portfolio and a diverse, highly skilled team, the role would suit someone who is enthusiastic with creative ideas, previous experience managing clients and eager to be exposed to the Chinese market.
Responsibilities:
• Owning and managing top-tier client projects end-to-end
• Growing revenue from an existing client base whilst seeking out new business
• Receiving briefs from clients and identifying solutions
• Co-coordinating briefing to creative and production team on projects
• Trafficking projects in and out of creative and deadlines
• Building content proposals for prospective clients
Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent in written and spoken English (and keen to learn Mandarin!)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a digital/print agency environment
• Background in graphic design is essential
• Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
• Able to work quickly, efficiently, with the ability to handle high volumes of work
• Commercially astute with the ability to grow accounts
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment where priorities change quickly
• The ability to liaise with stakeholders and clients at all levels
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Streamtime (desirable)
