About the company:

About the role:
Day to day, you'll work closely with architects, home owners and builders to assist in providing expert product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Respond to all customer, showroom, phone and online enquiries
- Understand client requirements and use knowledge to make product recommendations
- Undertake plan take-offs and support the estimating function
- Act as the interface between architects, home owners, builders and the Trend business
- Foster a solutions selling approach with architects, home owners and builders
- Provide technical and design consultation to architects, home owners and builders to gain specification
Skills & Experience:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work with stakeholders at a variety of levels
- Interest in design, building or architecture
- Solution selling sales background preferred
- Experience working with architects and builders and ability to ready building plans
