• $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
Joining Hays as an experienced 360’ Shop Fitting Recruitment Consultant will see you joining our experienced consultants training programme and building a portfolio of business clients, sourcing suitable candidates and ultimately placing the right people in the right jobs at the right time. You are very comfortable making sales calls with the view to build rapport with businesses. Your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become the industry expert.
You're dynamic and you have the ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate consistency to strive and achieve results. You enjoy a high performing, meritocratic culture and the possibility of accelerating your career with recognised training and development is your desire.
