Our client, a cutting edge, international, Services company, has an exciting opportunity available for an engaging and passionate L&OD Manager to join their HR team. Working with a highly engaged workforce, and a supportive and professional team, your mandate will be to drive the development and management of talent across the business. You will work closely with the managers on talent and succession planning, engagement and leadership development programs and business initiatives.

More specifically this role will:

  • Develop innovative solutions to address key workforce challenges.
  • Design and deliver key programs such as talent and leadership development, that align to the strategic needs of the business.
  • Manage the L&D calendar and promote sessions.
  • Manage, analyze and action annual engagement survey.
  • Design and deliver or source learning program activities that align with the People Strategy and apply practical applications that engage employees.
  • Be involved in change initiatives as needed.
  • Identify improvements and/or re-engineer existing material.
  • Manage and liaise with all third party providers.
  • Take a consultative approach to talent development to ensure employee engagement.

To be successful in role you will hold tertiary qualifications in HR or Adult Learning, and have experience within a similar learning and development position. You will be passionate about employee development, and have experience coaching managers, succession planning and leadership development. You will have great communication skills, energy and commercial acumen along with resilience gained from within changing & dynamic workplace.
