DFP Recruitment Services is a successful and vibrant recruitment company that is seeking to appoint an experienced recruitment consultant or resource consultant or to train someone with strong interest in the recruitment profession. The person will work along side experienced recruiters and will support in the sourcing and assessing of candidates for permanent, contract and temporary professional or administrative staff, to work with a large portfolio government and commercial clients.
Ideally you have a strong interest in recruitment as a career, have some work experience in an environment that compliance and process driven, have strong attention to detail and have an interest in working closely with people. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal )skills are essential as well as an adaptable and can-do approach. This is a high energy environment, with large scale recruitment projects where you will be doing a lot of administration including screening candidates, booking interviews, data base mining and interviewing. A degree in HR or related discipline will be highly regarded.
