THE ORGANISATION
Your new organisation is a fast paced growing Australian business with national operations. They are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their collaborative and energetic team.

THE ROLE
In this role, you will report to the Head of Human Resources and lead a team in driving the strategic and operational Talent Acquisition function for the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic sourcing
Systems and reporting
EVP and attraction
Vendor management
Team leadership

THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications with proven talent acquisition expertise, ideally gained in retail or hospitality. Your strong business partnering skills, team leadership experience, along with your innovative and commercial approach will be critical to your success.
