About the job
Due to growth our Early Childhood division in Brisbane we are looking for a Team Leader to support our team of passionate, dedicated and forward thinking specialist consultants by:
- Achieving personal and team sales targets through developing and managing a defined client and candidate base.
- Developing, supporting and motivating a team of consultants whilst delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services.
This position is to work on a high volume temporary desk. We have a unique formula for sales success that has been developed since our opening in 1999. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with the latest recruitment technology to support you to grow your client base with very little administration getting in your way, then this position is for you.
The desks you will be managing looks after our Early Years and Outside of School Hours Care sector. This requires you to manage candidates and clients from services across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Townsville and Cairns.
One of our keys to success is our ability to work together as a team and connect to the industry we serve. We do this by being the best we can be and partnering with Education ‘s leading bodies and working with local and state Government to help the industry move forward. Most importantly we invest in technology to help support our teams to do what they do best.
About the team you would be working with:
The temporary team consists of our senior consultant Kyla and consultants Susan and Jana who are doing a great job providing excellent service to our existing clients and candidates. This coupled with high KPI-driven sales-activity continually expands our current market share. In such a high volume, fast paced environment with imperative targets, you will be supported by your close team members in this position.
You will also be working closely with our three consultants responsible for all permanent roles, Caylee (Early Years & OSHC), Laurien (Schools) and Jacqui (International Sourcing). Silva will be your direct manager who will be leading your onboarding and coach you towards success.
Our team are highly specialised consultants who strive to be the best they can be every day without losing the fun that the Education sector has to offer.
