Due to recent National Account wins, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our already high achieving team.
About The Role
The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve developing new and existing clients focussing mainly in the commercial sector.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, growing new and allocated accounts, delivering end to end recruitment solutions, talent pooling and client mapping. You will identify new business with a view to developing Finite’s client base.
Skills and experience
- Solid sales experience gained from the Recruitment sector (any discipline)
- A proven track record in winning new accounts, lead generation, appointment setting and generating business from new and existing clients
- You will have the ability to deliver over and above customer expectations
- You will be self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Have the ability to build long term client relationships
