Your New Role
As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will support an IT portfolio within the business, partnering with the business' Executives on end to end resourcing. A busy portfolio, you could be managing 20 to 40 roles at a time, each varying greatly in nature and complexity, both permanent and contract. You will also support the internal redeployment of staff across projects in ramp up and ramp down phases.
This role requires a true business partnering approach and an inquisitive nature. You will excel in this role if you have a questioning mind and are comfortable providing alternative solutions and sourcing strategies. You will have a high touch approach with you stakeholders, guiding them through each step in the process including facilitating all interviews together.
Your portfolio will be divided across both Melbourne and Canberra so you must be comfortable with regional recruitment.
This is initially a three month assignment but may have opportunity for extension thereafter.
About you and what you'll bring
You are a seasoned Internal Recruiter with experience managing volume recruitment of a complex or niche nature at times. Above and beyond operational recruitment, you have demonstrated experience providing advice and counsel to your business executives and supporting them in their resourcing decisions and strategies.
