The Training Delivery & Administration Officer will sit under the corporate function of a large Regional Hub and work closely with the People & Culture Division to ensure they provide consistent advice on learning and development options in the Agency. You will bring a depth of training delivery experience in a variety of settings with the ability to adapt quickly to new and updated content. You will be accustomed to working in an agile and fast paced environment where business priorities quickly evolve in response to our Agency needs and goals. You will travel to other locations in the region and other regions around Australia to deliver the Agency's Induction Program and other training programs as required.
This role is pivotal in building capability of front line, service delivery and regional support staff that are responsible for delivering the Scheme to participants, carers and their families.
You will:
? Support new and existing staff in the region in the delivery of learning programs
? Arrange the delivery of external and internal training courses delivered by subject matter experts.
? Manage resources effectively
? Work under the guidance of the People & Culture branch, specifically the Learning & Development team, and be able to confidently communicate in relation to the delivery and scheduling of approved learning programs
? Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships
? Co-ordinate and support on-the-job and self-paced learning
? Contribute to the evaluation of learning programs
? Participate in national Learning & Development community of practice meetings and activities.
Responsibilities include:
? Deliver and evaluate training programs to staff including induction, core skills, technical, IT systems, compliance programs, management and leadership courses.
? Coordinate administration of training programs including learner registrations, attendance records, evaluation surveys, and room bookings.
? Provide timely feedback to the People & Culture Division following training delivery.
? Ensure adjustments are made to ensure training is accessible to all employees.
? Contribute to training needs analysis conducted by People and Culture.
? Contribute to the development of nationally endorsed learning programs as required.
? Actively participate in regular forums with the People & Culture division to ensure content of training delivered locally is consistent with other trial sites and the Agency's priorities.
To be successful we are looking for candidates who have a Cert IV in Training and assessment and proficient use of MS applications including Word Excel and PP, In addition candiates must be Australian Citizens to apply for this particular role with strong state holder engagement skills and solid communication skills
