We are looking for two outstanding HR Business Partners to work for an organisation that clearly makes a difference to peoples lives. The services they provide in collaboration within the community and with Government and non-Government is inspirational and life changing.

We are seeking two candidates that will partner with the business to deliver HR best practise strategies. The HRBP’s are the conduit between the business and the HR centres of excellence. Their activities will be to gather and understand the future business requirements and collate and develop HR plans aligned to the overall strategy. These are challenging yet highly rewarding roles given the transformation the business is going through.

We would love to hear from individuals who can clearly articulate how they have impacted businesses and contributed to performance uplift as a result of their partnering approach. This experience will have been gained within an enterprise where your thinking and problem solving skills are tested. Your courage to challenge the status quo will set you apart. 

To be successful in this role, you will have prior HR Business Partnering or Generalist  experience gained in a large-sized organisation. Highly valued will be your  exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and project management. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels will be key. Strength of character, self-starting and hands-on approach, teamed with your influencing skills and high level of confidentiality will see you build credibility amongst stakeholders.
