Role Summary
A brilliant opportunity for a passionate Trainer to take responsibility for the efficient and effective delivery of training for Customer Service operators and other staff as required within the Tabcorp Customer Service Centres.
The role includes designing and developing training materials and programs for the growing suite of products and systems required to support the team in providing and improving the overall wagering experience to Tabcorp customers.
Our Ideal Person
With proven success in training in either a Contact Centre, Sales or Customer Service environment, you will have a good understanding of customer centric training delivery platforms, and intermediate Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Critical to this role will be your proactive approach and flexible attitude to work with willingness to constantly review and improve skills and processes.
