ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a great new role and opportunity for an experienced learning & development specialist to build our internal training portfolio from the ground up. The priority starting point is with the Sales Team where we you need you to develop and deliver:

  • Sales skills training
  • Customer service
  • Product knowledge
  • Internal systems training in conjunction with IT roll outs

We are also looking for other training needs to be delivered across the business with skills based training for our production teams to help improve multi-skilling, product understanding along solid induction training for all employees.

There will also be the opportunity to:

  • Define the strategic direction of training programs
  • Identify, develop and deliver best practise organisational development initiatives
  • Assist in developing and managing external training partnerships if required

There will be the need to travel interstate regularly as well as visits to our New Zealand offices so you must flexible in your available working hours.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will work with the HR Team reporting to the HR Manager. You will bring to the role at least 5+ years demonstrable experience in:

  • Developing & delivering Sales skills training, coaching, elearning & instructional design
  • Previous L&D experience within manufacturing and or a larger environment
  • Training program management across the company 
  • Formal qualifications ie Cert IV Training & Assessment
  • Being able to manage multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent priority management

ABOUT THE OFFER
