About the role
Recruitment Consultants with Protech aim to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and our candidates, with a genuine commitment to making accurate, safe and considered decisions that lead to high quality placements. The role requires a commitment to managing high volume blue collar placements and workforce management, being responsible for ad placement, screening, interviewing, reference checking and are champions in ensuring each candidate is Protech Certified.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has energy and drive, who is confident and motivated by the idea of leaving a lasting positive impression on our candidates. Other key qualities and skills we are looking for include:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills to manage candidate information and placement coordination
- An eye for attention to detail
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Experience in blue collar recruitment highly regarded
