Due to continued growth, they are now in a position to engage a people solutions-focussed individual with a genuine and unmatched passion for internal customer service as their Recruitment Manager, responsible for delivering consistently high levels of service to their internal staff and supporting Department Heads with available market attraction methods, processing applications, assessment administration and then a  seamless onboarding experience through focussed recruitment campaigns supporting the Head of Talent and Quality Control.  You will be guiding, supporting advising and implementing resourcing strategies, coordinating applications, administering assessments where necessary, finalising offers, acceptances and/or unsuccessful applications.  You’ll bring your drive, passion and recruitment business acumen to monitor and improve operational efficiency, deliver accurate and timely recruitment services across all departments, an experienced user of all social medial platforms as well as job board applications, whilst handling constant research on talent pooling the best of the best. 
Offering a strong track record in agency, HR, or Internal recruitment services , you’ll know all about maintaining and growing a people database, innovation attraction methods, market sector expertise and remuneration and benefits currently being offered in your sector.   Your strong communication skills will engage and empower your managers to make the right decisions, your awareness and accountability will see measurable results and your effective talent solutions skills will provide an open and honest window into your world of available talent. Combine that with your organisational awareness and you’ll be coordinating all recruitment projects at all levels.
