Your new company
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner or strong HR Coordinator to join a forward thinking clinical research company for an 8 month assignment.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing a generalist business partnering service and be instrumental in supporting the team in the provision of an exemplary HR service. Your responsibilities will be heavily admin focused assisting in employee relations, case investigations, supporting organisational development initiatives and other generalist HR support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proven HR Business Partner or experienced HR Coordinator who can demonstrate the ability to deliver best practice. You will be independent, resilient and passionate about working within an organisation that is still experiencing growth and therefore in the development phase or implementation of systems and processes.
