APG are looking for talented, Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Ingleburn Branch to continue in building our increasing client base.
At APG our team focus is based on working together to achieve a common goal in a fast paced work environment and we are looking for consultants with the ability to drive and add to our expanding client base.
You must have:
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role working in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills and presentation both face to face and over the phone;
- An eye for detail and work outside the box;
You duties will be
- Build relationships with current clients on a daily basis;
- Being responsive to all client and candidate needs
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs
- WHS visits and reporting for client sites;
- Candidate interviews and inductions on a weekly basis;
- Must be excellent on Computer systems;
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with Management;
- Monthly Reports both Internal and External;.
