About the company

About the opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be highly visible in this HR Coordinator role. You will cover a comprehensive range of care assistance with the overall management and well being of internal stakeholders.
Duties
- Act as first point of call for all employee questions about HR policies and procedures
- Coordination and management of HR documentation and policy reviews
- Maintain knowledge of current employment legislation
- Recruitment- from interviews to onboarding
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a HR Coordinator role
- Aged Care industry exposure
- Be a self-starter and autonomous
