The Role
Our Drake Perth team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. Your key focus will be focusing on candidate engagement, Business Development, administration support and building client relationships.
Ideally we seek:
- Strong people engagement and experience building relationships based on credibility and trust with all levels
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Confidence in picking up the phone to generate new business
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales based role
- Proven track record of good administration experience, attention to detail, great written & verbal communication skills
- Evidence of achieving goals and being proactive;
- Ability to conduct face to face meetings with a variety of stakeholders of all levels
- Highly developed customer service
- A commitment to working with an excellent, ‘can do’ attitude; and a genuine motivation for success
