What you will be doing
You will be given the chance to build your job and control your remuneration with uncapped commissions, which is coupled with regular additional incentives, benefits and a social culture. You will target decision makers within the IT industry and be set-up for success with ongoing business training and an experienced recruitment leader. Use your experience in new business sales to generate opportunities and fill these positions with candidates sourced. Achievable KPIs are in place to give you the pathway to success, so make your job into a career and work for bta Sales.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Proven sales success meeting both KPIs and revenue budgets
- Self-drive and willingness to make cold calls
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- An interest or existing knowledge of the ICT and broader technology industry
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous experience in a recruitment position (ideally sales or ICT)
- Sold a service in a B2B environment and ideally have existing relationships with Sales Managers
