Your role
Be the right-hand support for a search consultant with a heavy work-load. You will have unprecedented access to the full recruitment process. Recruiting senior Executives, you will get to liaise with industry leaders while providing critical administrative support to your consultant.
Daily activities
- CRM management
- Schedule meetings/interviews
- Candidate research and talent mapping
- Weekly/monthly report preparation
- Build internal and external relationships
Your skills & expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Degree qualified preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft skills
