About the Company:

Due to the significant growth our client is experiencing, they are now seeking an experienced Senior HR Offier to join their team.  An award-winning mining magnate, this would be a great opportunity for career development and growth working with a reputable organisation. This role is apart of the Senior Leadership Team on site.

 

About the Role:

Reporting into the operations manager, this role is a hands on HR Generlist Role supporting various teams onsite. This role is supported by a fantastic team and work environment. This role also offers career development.

 

Duties:

  • Providing timely advice and delivering efficient HR services 
  • Compliance with HR policies, procedures and processes. Y
  • Introducing and improving current HR initiatives regarding workforce planning, recruitment and selection, performancemanagement, succession planning and retention. 
  • Providing guidance and coaching within the areas of employee and industrial relations.

 

Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure, demonstrates initiative and exceeds customer expectations. To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR.
  • Possess knowledge in HR best practice in terms of organisational standards and processes
  • Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving capability
  • Desire to be part of and contribute towards a great team culture
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
  • Intermediate skill level across Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A minimum of three (5) years' experience in Human Resources.
