CompliSpace is launching a new learning business, including an exciting transformation of our learning offerings which will evolve into a revolutionary Education Marketplace and create new growth opportunities.
We are currently seeking a new member for our Client Learning Team (CLT) to manage the transition process of existing clients to our new platform, and onboard new clients, with a focus on implementations for our SA, NT and WA customer base. This role will also be tasked with assisting with national group school implementations as required. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced atmosphere where quick thinking and rapid turnarounds are imperative.
Our new learning platform is a major upgrade for our existing customers, and a significant development of our client training services and offerings at CompliSpace. As a member of the Implementation Team you will be responsible for the customer journey from implementation through to full use of the learning platform in each client site. This will involve a range of documentation, customer support, consulting, and training, so your people and relationship-building skills will be at the forefront in this role.
As an Client Learning Manager at CompliSpace, your role will mainly involve:
- managing existing client upgrades and new client implementations
- planning and delivering demonstrations, training programs and consulting services to our clients
- working with the wider Client Learning Team to manage our pipeline and meet our upgrade ad consulting sales targets
Experience with training, consulting, and sales to the K-12 Education market is highly valued.
The main skills you'll need to succeed in this role are:
- strong business analysis, project management, and change management skills
- highly proficient IT skills and the capacity to learn new platforms rapidly
- excellent verbal and written communication
- strong relationship building and management skills
- the capacity to work effectively in virtual teams
The essential experience for the successful candidate is:
- proven history of training and consulting development
- knowledge and previous use of learning systems and productivity tools (ideally Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence)
Experience with the Educator Sector will be highly valued but is not essential.
Some local and interstate travel will be required for this role.
